This is a ministry for individual growth of pastors/wives, church members, and other groups. It uses four seminars specifically focused on personal growth in important areas of life. They give information and

inspiration for life change! These seminars are designed to be used as a series but can be used individually.

Building on the basic assumptions of Christianity, after the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the authority of the Bible, and the working of the Holy Spirit, the next greatest resource in the Church is the people.

Help build your church by strengthening your present members!

Teach members to work out of their strengths -
We give people jobs that often cause them to work out of their weakness instead of out of their strengths. We have a mandate from God's Word to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. We have no choice but to develop our people. We either develop them or stunt their growth.

Church members can unconsciously screen out new people -
We encourage our people to assimilate new members and help them to be a part of the body of believers. Often our people do this well with people of similar background or personality, but have a difficult time of it when it comes to new individuals who aren't very familar in type and so end up offending the new people or avoid communicating with them altogether. Many people have a limited understanding of "people types" and how to communicate with different types in a meaningful way. Simple training can solve these uncomfortable social settings.

Start with personal goal setting to enhance church goal setting -
We lead our people to adopt church goals when many have never set serious personal goals and are unacquainted with the difference that having goal-directed activities can make in their life. Statistically, less than 5% of people have any written goals for their life. How can they understand the dynamics of church goal setting? Usually they are adopting goals for the church staff to try to reach. If people experience the life changing dynamic of personal goals, they will also see the potential in church goals.

Use a win-win approach in church stewardship -
Churches often work at the wrong level for effectiveness. We teach tithing and church stewardship when many of our families are not in control of their own personal finances. When Christians get their personal finances under control, church stewardship will be greatly enhanced and church members also will be greatly benefited
.

The Esau Syndrome (Immediate gratification at the cost of the future) -
Self discipline is the price of freedom. Small daily disciplines can make unbelievable differences in our life over time. Our days are the building blocks of our lives. We are ACCUMULATING THE EQUITY OR THE LIABILITY of the force of habits in our daily actions. Where are our present life habits taking us? What are we becoming? The development of the church will in some measure reflect the development of its members.
